WCA Assessing
MCAT / MCAO
With over 35 years in business, WCA is recognized as one of Michigan’s largest private
assessing firms servicing 30 jurisdictions in 5 Michigan counties. WCA is seeking new
certified assessing individuals to join our team for full or part time MCAT / MCAO
positions in the Kalamazoo and Calhoun County area. Successful candidates will assist
in the administration of the various communities real and personal property
assessment program. Experience in residential appraising desired. Skill and
experience using the BSA Equalizer System desired. Individual must possess a State
Tax Commission, Michigan Certified Assessing Officer (MCAO) or Michigan Certified
Assessing Technician (MCAT) Certification.
